When to use Image Resizer

Use this tool when you need an image to fit a specific size in pixels—profile photos, product listings, blog headers, or app screenshots. It’s best for reducing large images to web-friendly dimensions. If you upscale (make an image larger), it will look softer because resizing can’t create real detail.

Example 1

Resize a photo for a website banner

Input

IMG_2048.jpg
4032 × 3024 px

Output

Banner.jpg
1600 × 1200 px (Maintain aspect ratio ON)
Example 2

Make a smaller file for sharing

Input

product.png
3000 × 2000 px (~3.5 MB)

Output

product.webp
1200 × 800 px (WebP, smaller download)
