When to use PDF Merger

Use PDF Merger when you want multiple PDFs to become a single file—great for invoices, scanned documents, portfolios, or combining attachments for email. It’s best when your PDFs are already in the right order and don’t need editing. If a file is password-protected or very large, you may need to unlock/optimize it first.

Example 1

Combine monthly invoices into one PDF

Input

invoice-jan.pdf
invoice-feb.pdf
invoice-mar.pdf

Output

invoices-Q1.pdf
Pages: Jan → Feb → Mar
Example 2

Merge a resume and cover letter

Input

cover-letter.pdf
resume.pdf

Output

application.pdf
2 documents, 1 file
